What is Colonic Irrigation and how can it help you?

For many of us, lack of rest, not enough exercise, low intake of water, poor diet, being too busy to go to the toilet and STRESS are daily occurrences. We live with them through months and years and TOXINS begin to build up affecting our tissues and cells.

Colonic hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method for cleansing the colon by repeated gentle flushing
with warm filtered water under low pressure. The old faecal matter will be lodged in pockets, or
diverticula’s, or mixed with hardened mucus ‘glued’ to the colon wall. People with minor problems may be ‘cleaned out’ after 6 treatments or less. Someone who is seriously ill may need many more.

Colonics are not about losing weight but you should leave feeling lighter, cleaner and more motivated to stick with your detox program.

With the removal of old waste there will be a better chance of long-term colonization of the bowel with
‘good’ bacteria. A probiotic culture may be recommended to restock the bowel flora. The improved
environment combined with diet will encourage these ‘good’ bacteria to multiply.

Does the bowel get lazy if you have colonic irrigations?
No. On the contrary, the internal massage with water, variation in water temperature and release of
impacted matter should help tone the muscle of the bowel.
